Well firstly I am so annoyed that Marion Bartoli is No.1 seed. With her weak draw if she doesn't win it is likely that she'll fail to do anything better towards the later stages of the season. I will cheet on Anne Keothavong (patriotism) Alona Bondarenko will also be on my list of hopefuls whilst I hope Naomi Cavaday and Katie O'Briend do well here. Hopefully Michaella Krajicek will find form again which took her to the Quarterfinals of Wimbledon last year whilst another two British players lurk in this part of the draw. Of course I will cheer on Nicole Vaidisova - if she fails here I think I will have to shut my eyes on her for the rest of the season and hope she comes back on top form in the Australian Open next year. Overall their are 6 British players and I do hope at least one of them get to the Quarterfinals!
For Barcelona all I have to say is "Go Kirilenko!"
